OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS
1. Television/film producers or distributors provide We See TV with a videotape
master containing the video portion of the program with time code, and the
audio portion of the program.
2. Professionally trained description writers at We See TV view the program and
write an appropriate script. This script describes visual aspects that are NOT
DISCERNIBLE by listening to the dialog and sound effects of the program.
3. Visually impaired quality consultants review the video description. Necessary
edits and adjustments are made.
4. Voice over talent is cast based on the genre of the program and the voices of
the characters in the program.
5. The descriptive narration is recorded digitally using ProTools synced to a video deck.

7. The finished audio product is transferred to the requested format for delivery.
