Who We Are
We See TV, Inc. is a Los Angeles based company and is controlled by private stock holders. The Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer is Mr. Rick Boggs, a well-respected advocate for equal opportunities for persons with visual impairment. Mr. Boggs is a proficient audio production engineer, a leader in the ranks of disabled actors of the Screen Actors Guild, and has been totally blind for over 30 years. The description writers have been specially trained by established and well-respected experts in the field of audio description. We See TV, Inc. is honored to have the technical consultation and support of premier post production professionals such as Mr. David Concors and Mr. John Heath whose credits include programs like "ER" and "Chicago Hope." We See TV conducts regular training programs for persons with visual impairments who wish to work in this field. On average, more than half of our staff consists of people with disabilities.

Who Does It Better?
Video description is not intended to be an artistic enhancement to a film or video. It is a service primarily designed to benefit persons who have visual impairments. With this in mind, We See TV employs voice over artists and recording engineers who are blind or visually impaired for the production of video description tracks. The visually impaired members of our production team work together with world class post production experts from renowned network television shows to insure that our video description effectively serves the visually impaired audience.
